Time With Teens, Events & Programs

One Off

Band Night /Weekend Night Program Assistance (Can do as many events as desired: from one to several)

Small Time Commitment

Weekday Afternoon Assistance (General or sharing a particular interest or skill; once per month)
Working with middleschoolers to organize a dance or bandnight
Mentoring high schoolers organizing a particular event

Larger Time Commitment

Serve on Programming Committee of Board

Finance

Give comments at Town public hearings
Write Letters to the Editor in support of Trackside budget

Help with Trackside  budget preparation and/or with ushering budget through Town process

Fundraising

2-hr volunteer shift at 4th of July food tent (cooking or serving)

2-hr volunteer shift stuffing envelopes for Annual Appeal (November; during day)
Create & mail invitations for March event

Participate in Fall cleanup day (3 hrs; weekend)

Volunteer handyman services for one small project (3 hrs)
Provide pick-up truck/large van for hauling donated items, etc.

Trackside is open from 9:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, for rental inquiries and other business.
