Trackside Code of Conduct

The Teen Center is a place where teenagers can socialize in a comfortable environment that is drug, alcohol and tobacco free. The Code of Conduct reflects this.

Use, possession, sale or distribution of drugs, alcohol, tobacco or related paraphernalia is prohibited.

Inappropriate and illegal behavior, including but not limited to violence, threatening, weapon possession, explosive possession, dangerous actions, lewdness, stealing, vandalism and gambling, are prohibited.

Residents will be held responsible for the actions of their guests.

The Teen Center is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property.

The Teen Center is not responsible for the actions of residents or guests or any damage or injury resulting from those actions.

Loitering on adjacent property is prohibited, as is excessive noise, including but not limited to honking car horns, yelling and playing stereos loudly. Please be considerate of the community.

The Director or designated staff member has absolute authority to interpret the rules.
