Girls in grades 6-8 are invited to a special class series designed to teach self-defense techniques for women. Back by popular demand, Lisa Bohacs will be teaching this special class at Trackside on Monday afternoons from 3:30 to 4:30 April 16th - 30th.
In three weeks, students will learn how to assess dangerous situations and practice practical and physical self-defense techniques. By learning the basics of self-defense, middle school teens will have the preparation to remain calm in a variety of dangerous situations.
Students should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers to class.

Lisa has been involved in the Martial Arts for 37 years. She is a 5th degree black belt and has been teaching for 33 years. She competed nationally and internationally for the U.S.A. She has been on four U.S.A. National teams, has taken two individual silver medals and one bronze in women’s heavyweight fighting and two overall team gold medals.
