Cancellation and Refund Policy

Trackside has a minimum number of participants for each program to run and sets staffing and program supply needs based on registration 1 week prior to the start of the program. As such, we have a 2 week cancellation policy for all programs and weekly registration sessions.

• If you choose to cancel a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of the program, you will be eligible for a full refund. Submit your request to info@trackside.org and our staff will process the cancellation and refund for you.

• If you choose to cancel with less than two weeks’ notice, you will only be eligible for a refund if we can fill your child’s spot.


• If your child must cancel due to CoVid-19 or your program session is cancelled either partially or fully due to Covid-19, you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the dates missed. We will contact affected parties and process them accordingly.


If at any point you must cancel, as a non-profit that relies on the generosity of the community, we appreciate any consideration to donate your cancelled registration fees to support Trackside's ongoing mission and success.
