OMG! Trackside's Buddy the Elf
wants to say HI to you!

Trackside's Buddy is reserving 4 days in December to spread Holiday Cheer in Wilton! Buddy will spread smiles, laughter and holiday cheer with a cute and festive indoor/outdoor Sign and Buddy Basket! (Baskets and Signs may also be purchased separately)

This is a great way to bring holiday cheer to everyone in your home!

Baskets and Signs also may be purchased separately.

Signs and Baskets purchased without Buddy visits may be picked-up from Trackside or delivered for an additional fee.

Signs and Baskets purchased WITH Buddy visits will be picked up or delivered during your scheduled visit.

What's Included?

Delivery or PIck-up of your items by Trackside's Buddy the Elf on your selected date and time. For Trackside pick-ups, you will be given a 15min window to arrive and drive-thru to pick-up your items from Buddy and his Elves. For home delivery, we will confirm your delivery and your desired drop-off location 2 days prior.

Buddy will drop off 1 sign and 1 Buddy Basket designed for 1 elf. If additional items from Trackside's store are purchased, they will be dropped off at the same time.

For Delivery: Buddy will place your basket and sign in the location you designate and then be off to spread cheer to the next lucky elf family! We will text you after drop-off to ensure you can go out an pick-up your items!

Someone in my household is under quarantine, what should we do?
As with all activities run by Trackside, we do not permit members of households where anyone is under quarantine to participate. As such, Pick-up of items from Trackside are not permitted if anyone in a household is under Quarantine/ Isolation. If you are scheduled to pick-up on a day when Buddy is to be at Trackside, we require you to reschedule.

While we will deliver items to households under quarantine and require that all persons remain inside with the doors closed at all times while delivery personnel, whether it be Buddy or any other delivery volunteer, are at your residence.

What is a Buddy Basket?
Buddy baskets are what every elf needs! Each includes an elf's 4 main food groups along with a few extra gifts!

Coca Cola, Warrior Youth Mask, Trackside Webcam Security Cover

SORRY, NO SUBSTITUTES ARE PERMITED.

What if I have more than 1 elf at home?
Additional signs and baskets are available for order separately.
Fantastic additional items such as Wilton Strong Magnets, Wilton masks and Trackside gear may be ordered and delivered at the same time.

I would like to see Buddy, but will not be home on the days he is visiting.
You can also sign-up for a time slot to pick-up your items from Buddy at Trackside on Saturday December 12th or Sunday December 20th between 12pm and 4pm.

I would like to see Buddy, but will not be home on the days he is at Trackside.
You can also sign-up for Buddy to deliver your items at your Wilton home on Sunday December 13th or Saturday December 19th. Visits will occur between 12pm and 6pm. A 20min time window will be provided 2 days prior.

I would love a sign and buddy basket, but prefer to not visit Buddy.
Not a problem! You can order signs and buddy baskets separately from visits with Trackside's Buddy. Orders will be available for contactless pick-up after 3pm on weekdays and after 12pm on weekends at Trackside Teen Center, 15 Station Road. For an added delivery charge, items may be delivered to your Wilton, CT address as well. All items will be delivered within 5 days of ordering.

I live outside of Wilton, can Buddy deliver at my home?
Sorry, Trackside's Buddy is only able to deliver to homes in Wilton, CT. You may order signs and buddy baskets for pick-up at Trackside Teen Center.
