Commercial Kitchen

Trackside's Commercial Kitchen is available for use during all rental events. It can also be rented on a stand-alone basis when not otherwise in use. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, prep tables, food sink, hand wash sink and 3-compartment dish washing sink.
For a fee, the cooking equipment, consisting of a fryer, grill and propane stove and oven can also be made available.
Trackside can also offer the use of a coffee maker, popcorn maker, dishwasher and pizza oven for an additional fee.
